Letter - Washrooms

On a recent visit to Thrifty's in James Bay Square, I went into the Mall to use the washrooms before shopping - as I have done for many years.

The door was locked and on talking to one of the shop employees, I was told they were no longer open to the public. This is a very unfortunate situation - I can't think of another Mall in Victoria that doesn't have a public washroom. I hope this situation will soon be remedied,

There are a lot of seniors living in this area - I hope the people at the top understand our needs.
