Corn

e.g., Spring and Summer garden vegetables include: corn, beans (variety of), potatoes, zucchini, squash and leeks.

Fall and Winter garden vegetables include: Rutabagas (turnips), Parsnips, Kale, Chard, Brassica (cabbage), and Garlic. Broad Beans planted in November will produce and early crop. A Mason Bee House is a good idea for pollination. Seedy Saturday is a good place to discover different varieties of vegetables.
