The Black Hole

Many of the tenants of the Lady and Lord Simcoe and surrounding buildings look out their apartments to view this mess and stink in our once lovely garden and pool area. A group of tenants who enjoyed the pool for many summers is now subject to having no pool last summer and no indication that it will open this summer. The tenants do not receive any updates or written communication as to when we can expect our pool repaired. When we call Itziar Management we are informed that it is not management, but the delays are due to VIHA and the engineering company. Why does it take two years to repair a pool?
