Meandering along Dallas Road by Sasha

Woof Woof, or I should say in people speak, Hello my name is Sasha and I have just moved to the James Bay area. We, my human partner Robby and I, travelled from PEI to Victoria, to visit Robby's grandson, Koan. We decided to move here.

I absolutely love walking along the Dallas Road dog walk. I love all the pups and not-so-pups we see on our daily walks. The fun that I have meeting English Sheepdogs Winston and Wellington sniffing and circling. Not only big guys like the Sheepdogs but a great mix from Dachsies to Danes. The joy of being allowed to run free in all of the off leash areas of this great city: I run and chase and am chased by every breed from Alsatian to Yorkies, big dogs small dogs all having a wonderful time chasing balls, Frisbees and one another.

The City of Victoria should be proud of the number of dogs and partners that share the dog spaces in this wonderful city. I have lived in the UK and have travelled coast to coast in this huge land.

Nowhere have I been welcomed by so many doggy friends. I wish to publically thank all the great people persons that stop and give me a scratch or a pat. My partner Robby is amazed as well with the great dog population in this fine city.

To Mr Brian Mason I can only apologise for any dog's human not picking up behind his canine partner.

Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to pick up behind myself. However, we canines do love our humans and we contribute in many ways, Care Dogs, Guide Dogs, security and war dogs, Cancer- sniffing dogs, Drug- and explosive-sniffing dogs. So we may not be able to clean up ourselves but we can and do operate in many of the aforementioned areas. We also give UNCONDITIONAL love to our humans.

I had my human Robby type this for me as I have not yet mastered the keyboard.
