Letter - Public servants?

Is there no limit to the arrogance displayed by bureaucrats, both at City Hall and the BC Legislature?

According to the media, information was held back from City Council members, while at Legislative level, a senior bureaucrat already under question and retired in 2011 was re-hired for the obscene contract  fee of $240,000.

Why are any of these people still on the public-payroll; who is really in charge?
