Garlands of Autumn
Oct 2012
As the crisp air of autumn arrives,
leaves like garlands adorn the trees
Trees crowned with chameleon ruby
emerald and citron
gold trimmed flags,
once proud and bountiful
They have sung their anthem
Leaves twirling, wind tugged,
now, falling falling,
to their beds, on the green ground.
